Mark D. Lerner Ph.D. is a clinical and forensic psychologist with four decades of experience helping people through challenging times. As chairman of The National Center for Emotional Wellness Dr. Lerner provides accessible education engaging presentations and innovative consultation for individuals organizations and communities.

Dr. Lerner has consulted with and presented internationally at hospitals pharmaceutical companies airlines universities and schools police and fire departments the Federal Bureau of Investigation the U.S. Department of Homeland Security the U.S. Coast Guard and the United Nations in New York and Paris France.
