About this Event
Whether you are already interested in film, TV and games, or you haven’t yet discovered the world of opportunities behind the camera — we want to work with you! The Access NFTS: Inspire events are designed to offer a deeper insight and provide skills, knowledge and inspiration for a career within the film, TV and games industry.
Location: Memorial Hall, Morecambe | Experience: Entry Level - Intermediate | Duration: 6 hours | Capacity: 60 Cost: FREE
During the screenings. attendees will hear from NFTS students/graduates within a specific career area or role.
Through watching their work and hearing about their journey to where they are now, attendees will not only leave with knowledge and information, useful tips and advice from someone currently working in the industry, but hopefully also feel inspired to pursue a career in this industry themsleves.
After the screenings, you will attend 2 workshops. These hands on sessions are designed and delivered by the NFTS students/graduates and will help attendees understand some of the skills and qualities needed for the highlighted career area. All materials will be provided.
Travel bursaries or assistance may be available if finance/travel creates a barrier for attendance, please contact us to discuss further.

Info: Synopsis | A mountain man has an unlikely meeting after rocks tumble from the peaks.

Info: Synopsis | The story follows Kay, a lonely immigrant fast food delivery rider who attempts to find solace and do good in a city that seems determined to bring out the worst in him, all while striving to earn enough money to bring his mother from his home country to London.
