Join us for The Global Goals Art Celebration this August! We will kick off the event with an opening reception in conjunction with Art Happy Hour and a preview of artworks in SWC from international artists. The celebration continues on Saturday, August 16, with musical and dance performances, a mini symposium, and a drop-in artmaking workshop.
The Museum is partnering with BIDEC INC, a non profit agency based in Maryland, USA, and Ghana, Africa, to inspire profound change and catalyze impactful progress on the global stage through the power of arts. The Global Goals Arts Festival envisions leveraging art's transformative power to inspire global engagement with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It aims to cultivate a world where creativity fosters collective action towards a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive future.
