Dentistry II is designed for participants who have completed Dentistry I and want to further develop their clinical skills in veterinary dentistry.
The course builds on previous knowledge with a deeper focus on extraction techniques, complication management and the diagnosis and treatment of more advanced dental conditions in dogs and cats. Through lectures, case discussions and hands-on training, participants strengthen both technical skills and clinical decision-making.
A central part of the course is the analysis of participants’ own case studies developed after Dentistry I, connecting theory directly to clinical practice.
During the course, you will work with:
• Advanced extraction techniques and management of complications
• Diagnosis and treatment of tooth resorption and oral lesions
• Oral tumors in dogs and cats
• Evaluation of malocclusions and basic orthodontic approaches
• Management of traumatic dental and jaw injuries
