  • Building Your Website with Zoho Sites
  • Create a basic marketing site or landing page in Zoho Sites.
  • Structure pages to support where your Market lands, how your Message appears, which channels you use

  • Embedding CRM Forms on Your Website to Capture Leads
  • Create webforms in Zoho CRM to capture leads directly from the site
  • Embed CRM forms into Zoho Sites for instant sync to CRM.
  • Hands-on: Build a “Get in touch” or “Request demo” lead form

  • Adding Live Chat & Bots with Zoho SalesIQ
  • Intro to Zoho SalesIQ for visitor tracking, live chat, and bots
  • Configure basic chat widget and a simple lead-qualifying bot
  • Connect SalesIQ to Zoho CRM so conversations become leads/contacts

  • Recap Day 1 assets (site, forms, chat, CRM).
  • Discuss what a basic “full funnel” looks like using Zoho tools

  • Promotions with Zoho Social & Marketing Automation
  • Plan campaigns across social and email
  • Use Zoho Social to schedule and manage posts as part of a campaign
  • Intro to Zoho Marketing Automation journeys (email sequences, triggers)
  • Building a Simple Nurture Journey
  • Design a basic nurture flow: new lead → welcome email → follow-up sequence
  • Map journey touchpoints back to CRM (lead status, scoring)

  • Tracking Performance: Analytics Across CRM & Marketing
  • Look at campaign and funnel metrics in Zoho CRM and Marketing tools
  • Identify which channels and messages are working using simple dashboards

  • Create a post-purchase or NPS-style survey using Zoho survey tools
