Bring your favourite publication of the moment and a mat to a movement based meditation session (suitable for all bodies)

Either online or in person, draw on and transform the intellectual glimmers of the academic at peace with their surroundings.Create a neural constellation of particle words drawn from the publications. Finally, meditate on the ongoing pilgrimage in and around academia.
