About this Event
🔥 The New Rope Jam Studio is OPEN! 🔥
We’re so excited to finally welcome you into our new home, a dedicated space for Kinbaku / Shibari, connection, practice, play, and community.
Rope Jam Studio is a space to learn and explore the art of Kinbaku–Shibari, make new friends, meet new rope partners, and share unconditional rope love with a growing community of caring humans.
Monthly Rope Jam (POLY ENM Edition) — PLAY JAM
This monthly Rope Jam is dedicated to London’s Poly ENM community who love the art of Kinbaku / Shibari.
Important: This is a play-focused speed Rope Jam with partner rotation and swap culture.

PLAY JAM vibe: Improvisational ropes, connection, and playful exploration with a strong emphasis on consent, safety, and kindness.
Who it’s for
- Beginners and experienced rope lovers are all welcome.
- You can come solo or with partner/s & friend/s
- Couples are only welcome if open to swap rope partner
If you do not want to change partners, please attend our other events where staying as a couple is requested and/or allowed.
Program
- Consent circle , learning how to navigate consent in ropes
- Knotty talks / game cards icebreaker
- Speed rope: swap partner every 15 minutes
- Ipponawa / 1-rope free-form play
- Blindfolded Ipponawa 1-rope free-form play
Every event is slightly different according to the participants group vibe; expect potential
rope webs: multiple people tying together, rope threesomes, and rope cuddle puddles.
On occasion there is also some teaching involved and you are always more than welcoem to ask for some refresher tips.
Expect pure Poly unconditional rope love whatever way the night goes.
Ropes needed
1–3 ropes (8–10m each)
We do have studio ropes available, but we strongly recommend bringing your own if you can.
If you want to buy ropes? You can add them at checkout or buy them in the studio

Dress code
Wear what makes you feel comfortable for rope practice, vanilla or kinky, all is welcome.
Capacity
Capacity is limited to guarantee maximum space and comfort for everyone.
Please buy your ticket in advance, once sold out, there’s no entry.
Refunds
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- Ticket price (minus booking fees) can be refunded up to 7 days before the event.
- Within 7 days: message us ASAP and we’ll try to help re-sell your ticket via our socials.
