Join us for this donation-based gratitude meditation and bask in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, rain seeds, chimes, drum and gong in a guided meditation sound journey. We will honor the beautiful and healing energy of Love! We will step into that feeling of gratitude for all that we have in our lives, find that place of self love within our own hearts and expand that out to all. We as individuals and as a collective could all use some healing, love and community. Let's anchor our light in this meditation and share it with the world!This is a donation-based event. Donate what feels good to you!!! We feel it is important to support our community and understand it may not always be easy to attend events or spend money on your own well being, therefor we hold no set price for this event. Any donation to attend is accepted and appreciated.
Space is limited so online registration is encouraged. Walk ins will of course be welcomed as space allows.

Dress warm and cozy as you will be lying on the floor. Bring any items of comfort such as a blanket, pillow, eye cover, etc. We have yoga mats available for everyone, along with at least one lightweight blanket, but feel free to bring your own mat for extra padding to lay on. Keep in mind that our body temperature drops in theta brainwave state. Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and set up your cozy meditation space.
