Meet one hour before sunset
As summer fades into fall, we’ll gather to reflect on the abundance already surrounding us—our friendships, our health, our resilience, and the simple gift of being outside together.
We’ll begin with our Trail & Thrive Opening Circle, take a deep breath, read this month’s affirmation, and reflect on a question centered around abundance before setting out on the trail.
This hike is designed for women of all hiking abilities. Whether this is your first hike or your hundredth, you’ll find a welcoming community ready to walk beside you.
Please bring:
• Water
• Comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots
• Weather appropriate clothing
• A flashlight or headlamp (just in case)
Together, we’ll discover that abundance often begins with noticing what has been there all along.
