Abundance Clearing Meditation

Abundance can mean anything. It can represent an abundance of money but it also represents having good health, friends, good food, loving relationships, a happy home, etc. We are all deserving of a full life that brings us comfort and joy, however we can at times get in our own way of the abundance wanting to come into our lives.

In this meditation, we will be doing somatice excersizes and breathing techniques to clear any blocks within our body around recieving abundance in all its forms. You will then be led through a meditation to activate your ability to recieve all thats been waiting to come in for you.
