Specifically designed to cultivate curiosity, creativity, and confidence - this interactive experience blends playful music, mindful movement, interactive creation stations, and more into one unforgettable fall morning.

What you & your little will experience:

• Mindfulness Practices - simple breathing practices and mindfulness tools to help you and your child build awareness, co-regulation, and connection
• Intuitive Movement - cultivate rhythm, musicality, gross motor skills, and deep listening through simple dance steps, encouraging unique expression. No right way to move or participate.
• Interactive Creation Stations - hands-on activities, arts and crafts where imagination guides self-reflection and artistic expression.
• Backyard Adventures - step outside to explore a change of scenery, dig in the dirt, tend to the garden, ground your feet in the earth on a mindful mandala walk.
• Local Village - connect with local families, expand your social circle, and discover the abundance of community, care, and support right in your back yard.
