What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, & a range of different vibrations, sounds and frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, & helps to rewire the brain.
Participants are provided with a set of 9D headsets, which are worn throughout the session to provide a completely immersive experience.
