Ever wondered how abstract paintings come together? Or wanted to try making one yourself?

Join NYC-based painter Jenny Wan for a hands-on acrylic workshop at Florum Studios in Brooklyn. This class is designed for anyone curious about abstract art and the creative process. Jenny will break down her approach to mark-making, gesture, layering, and color—then guide you step by step as you create your own original painting.

The workshop is welcoming, collaborative, and pressure-free. Whether you’ve never picked up a brush or you paint regularly, you’ll leave with new techniques, a deeper understanding of abstract art, and a finished piece made entirely by you.

All experience levels are welcome. Materials are provided.
