Absolute Beginning Hip Hop Dance Workshop || A 6-wk Workshop for Adults @ Dell JCC

All adults welcome! No need to be a member of Dell JCC to enroll. Join adults of all ages in a welcoming and fun environment and experience the joy of dance! Come learn the fundamentals of Hip Hop Dance movement, have fun, and be a part of our adult dance community, no matter your age! Not only will you learn to dance, but will find a new favorite way to get your workout in!

Hip hop dancing improves energy, lifts mood and lowers stress in ways similar to aerobic exercise. That’s in addition to the fun and laughter guaranteed in every session!
