Attention thrill-seekers and those with a head for heights, we invite you to participate in the exhilarating charity abseil at Derby Cathedral, making its comeback in August 2026.
You’ll ascend the 189 steps to reach the summit of the cathedral’s iconic tower. Once at the top, you’ll be able to take in panoramic views of the city before being securely harnessed. Then, it’s your chance to take the plunge, abseiling the 212 feet back down.
Just choose your time slot and add the number of tickets to your basket, complete the registration form and complete your registration with a £20 fee per person. Participants are required to raise a minimum of £100 through sponsorship for their abseil.
