About this Event
The 38th Annual Run for the Zoo is a fun run/walk event to raise funds for Albuquerque’s BioPark Zoo.
ABQ Involved volunteers will park at the ABQ BioPark Aquarium. Next, they will ride the shuttle from the ABQ BioPark Aquarium to the Zoo and check out the vendors, pick up a volunteer shirt, and hang out until 12pm. At noon, we will meet at the Info Tent to tear down Run and pack up the fun! We will move tables, pick up chairs, and load it all into a truck. Then, we head back to the New Mexico BioPark Society office (1320 Iron Ave. SW) and unload it all there. After that, enjoy the Zoo and take the train back to your ride at the Aquarium!
Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years old with adult supervision (1 adult for every 4 teens). Volunteers 18 and older do not require adult supervision.
