Able to Run Club - Distance running for health & friendship

Welcome to our Able to Run Club.

Our practices are on Mondays and Wednesdays from Sept. 15-Nov. 24.

Come run with us at WakeMed Soccer/Cross Country Park. Lace up your sneakers and get ready to hit the trails with others who like their exercise outdoors! Whether you're already a runner or just wanting to ease into it, you are invited!

Enjoy the crisp fall air, beautiful scenery, and the friendship of fellow participants. Led by a recreational therapist and a former college cross country coach, the club will be a comfy place to learn how to run (better) as some will go from walking to jogging to running for time over the remainder of the Fall.
