Break of Dawn invites you, your pastor, your church, your friends and family, and people in your circles of influence to its marriage event, Abiding with the Bridegroom. This event is for couples who are engaged, married, or separated/divorced but open to reconciliation, and will tackle the complexities in the biblical marriage relationship that come from a lack of or poor communication, will discuss intimacy the way God designed it, and will create an environment that fosters healing from the effects of past traumas.
Speakers will include Pastor Steven Keller, Love Church; Rachel Lawrence, Disciple Co.; and Pastor Jeff Daly, Global Day/National Day of Repentance; along with Todd and Mary Bullock, Rich and Kathy Ward, and Break of Dawn's Co-Stewards, Craig and Jennifer Dueholm.
Gone will be the days of suffering silently. There is HOPE for your marriage and His name is Jesus!
Abiding with the Bridegroom will focus on intimacy with Jesus, our True Bridegroom, so attendees can love and heal from a place of John 15 connection.
Optional, yet encouraged, preparation for the event...JOIN 40 DAYS OF PRAYER & THE WORD, August 18th-September 26th
John 15:5 Intimacy: Go deeper with Jesus by abiding with your First Love in the secret place 40 days prior to the event.
Secret Place Intentionality through Personal Quiet Time/Secret Place Suggestions/Fasting/Communion: Praise, worship, flag worship, prophetic art, poetry, sing, dance, aerial art, and more. Read The Word like you might never get to read it again! Bible Challenge: Read or listen to the entire Bible in 40 Days (approx. 2-3 hours per day). Or pick a yearly Bible plan and do daily readings or pick any pace in between both reading suggestions. Participants are also encouraged to seek the Lord about fasting in any way the Lord calls and/or taking communion each day during these 40 days of preparation to the event.
