Abide at Pathway Church

Abide is a hope-filled mini-conference designed to equip and provide connection & rest for foster, adoptive, and kinship parents.
About this Event

At Abide, we want to present our guests with opportunities to connect with others, learn, and rest. Abide is designed to serve foster, adoptive, and kinship parents (both current and awaiting placement).

At this event, you will eat breakfast with other parents like you and listen to an encouraging word from our main speaker. You can stop by our delicious candy bar and Cultura Coffee coffee cart throughout the day. We will also offer a variety of breakout sessions, including sessions that inform and equip, offer support, and provide rest and connection. We hope this is a time to remember to abide in Jesus, your strength and hope, as you persevere in the hard work of foster care and adoption.

Childcare is available for children ages birth to 12th grade! For children ages birth to 5th grade, traditional KidCare will be provided. For children and teens from 6th-12th grade, we are offering a program through REACH council that will allow time for fun, connection, and skill-building. Two weeks before the event, you will receive an email allowing you to view each breakout session's descriptions and sign up for them ahead of time! We are offering some amazing breakout sessions! More information coming soon!
