his workshop is for anyone who wants to get clear about the basics of vinyasa yoga. With a beginners mind, we will explore Sun Salutation A (or a general flow) and some basic postures that are usually found in yoga classes. Lots of questions are encouraged making it a great inclusive space to understand vinyasa yoga a little better. We’ll end with a nice long Savasana.
