Who?Children Ages 7 – 12
➤ Register early: spots fill quickly and are reserved on a first come, first served basis!
➤ The youngest we accept students is seven years old. We teach real martial arts (not a watered-down version!) and we’ve found that students get the most out of martial arts when they are at least seven years old. If you have a young child, we’d love to have them try martial arts with us after they turn seven!
What?
The ABCs of Martial Arts is where all of our youth students new to Lund Martial Arts Academy get their start!
➤ This program acts as a comprehensive introduction to the mental and physical aspects of the martial arts lifestyle. The program includes a complementary Missions worksheet designed to transfer lessons learned on the mats to home, school, and beyond. Successful completion of the program includes an invitation to a free graduation ceremony as well as a special opportunity for future training!
When?
Monday from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM
Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM
Wednesday from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM
Saturday from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM
➤ For greatest retention and advancement, participants will be asked to attend all four days of the program.
➤ Parents should plan to attend the first day of the program for orientation.
