• Yes, the event is 19+ and will be strictly enforced.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

• The hotel has plenty of free parking. We are also offering a special 25% discounted room rate at the hotel with the purchase of any NYE ticket, as guests are encouraged not to drink and drive.

What is the dress code for the event?

• An Alice in Wonderland themed attire is encouraged.

Is there assigned seating?

• Yes. You can choose your seat and table upon purchasing your ticket.

What can I bring into the event?

• No outside food or alcohol can be brought into the event.

What's the refund policy? Is my ticket transferrable?

• All tickets purchased are final sale. They can, however, be transferred to another person if you contact us to let us know prior to the event.
