Aavartan signifies a cycle, a return, a rhythmic recurrence—much like the journey of a dancer who continually revisits, refines, and rediscovers their art. Through every repetition comes growth, deeper understanding, and transformation.
Aavartan is the annual student showcase presented by Sukriti Kathakaar, celebrating the journey of learning, growth, and artistic expression through Kathak. The afternoon will feature a range of Kathak presentations—from foundational training pieces and intricate rhythmic compositions to expressive storytelling and group choreography—offering audiences a glimpse into the students' artistic growth and learning journey.
