Somewhere between the comedic stylings of Mike Birbiglia and Marc Maron, is Aaron Foster. He’s a comic, actor and storyteller on tour with his show “Mostly Jokes” that received rave reviews at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in June. It gets a little dark at times, but don’t worry, it’s mostly jokes. Mostly.
"Mostly Jokes" is a standup comedy show about mental health and middle age. Regret and resolve. Love and loss. And Paul Rudd. Obviously. Sounds hilarious, right? Right.
Foster is the former host of HGTV’s FreeStyle and has performed stand-up at The Comedy Store, The IMPROV, The Ice House, The Ha Ha, The Comedy Chateau, Flappers as well runs his own usually sold out theater shows in Reno, Nevada. His dry take on often dark topics is how he copes with the madness of our world. Besides, it's cheaper than therapy.
