We warmly invite everyone to our AGM on Saturday, February Ist at 12:30pm in the AEC club rooms. Please bring a plate to share and catch up with your horsey friends over a relaxed lunch before our formal meeting begins at 2pm.
If you’ve ever thought of joining our fabulous committee, then we’d love for you to join us. No experience is necessary and each month you get to have a say in how the club is run. All you need is some enthusiasm and the willingness to work as a part of a fun team. Being a general committee member only takes a few hours each month and we particularly welcome some of our newer and younger members to join us.

There is absolutely no pressure to join our committee. You can just come along for a relaxed catch up and renew your club membership over our complimentary drinks and nibbles.
This years AGM will be a fun, non-riding, social event to welcome in the new year. We look forward to seeing you there.

✨ 12:15pm - Arrive in our club rooms.
✨ 12:30pm - Shared Lunch (bring a plate).
✨ 2pm - Formal Meeting.
✨ 3pm Drinks and Nibbles & renew our 2025 memberships.
