Thanksgiving Day is an annual national holiday in the United States and Canada celebrating the harvest and blessings of the past year.

People come together to celebrate what they are thankful for with friends or family.

We welcome you to join us and celebrate thanksgiving together by creating your own gratitude tree while learning the importance of practicing gratitude for our mental health and well-being.

Time: 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Target Population: Open to all ages

Language: Mandarin or English
