A&A Swimming Institute

Our free swimming lessons program for high school students is designed to provide essential water safety skills and improve swimming techniques. Held every Friday from 10 AM to 1 PM throughout the summer, these lessons offer a fantastic opportunity for students to build confidence in the water, enhance their swimming abilities, and enjoy a fun, healthy activity.

The program is open to all high school students, regardless of their current skill level. Our experienced instructors will guide participants through various levels of training, ensuring personalized attention and a supportive learning environment. From basic water safety and beginner strokes to advanced techniques and endurance training, our comprehensive curriculum covers all aspects of swimming.

To ensure all students are well-equipped, we provide swimsuits, towels, and goggles for each session. Lessons take place at local community pools, providing a convenient and accessible location for everyone involved. It is emparative that students arrive on time for their lessons.

In addition to physical benefits, swimming lessons promote important life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.
