Anglo-Australasian Lawyers Society (Western Australia) presents a 'Black Label' series seminar featuring REGISTRAR NELSON:
"The Top 10 Dos and Don'ts by Practitioners in Court-Based Mediation, From the Mediator's Perspective"
Synopsis
In this seminar, Registrar Nelson will share practical insights into how legal practitioners can best prepare and assist their clients to participate in Court-based mediation, effectively.
The Registrar will provide tips, and some warnings, based on his experience as a Registrar of the Supreme Court and accredited advanced mediator.
About the Presenter
Registrar Brendyn Nelson graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. He was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2010. Registrar Nelson worked at the State Solicitor's Office before commencing as a Registrar in August 2022. He is an accredited mediator and is commissioned as a Magistrate.
