Welcome to the African American Health Program Family Fitness Fair! Come join us at Plum Gar Recreation Center on August 28 from 4:30-7:30 PM. It will be an evening filled with information, resources, games, and lots of family fun! It will feature health screenings, a live DJ, booths, line dancing, and other activities promoting wellness for the African American community.

This event will empower you to make healthy choices for your well-being and take advantage of the opportunities available around you. Be prepared to receive information about physical and mental health, preventative care, community resources, and fitness fun!
