AAF Oklahoma - Career Day 2025 & Monthly (Lunch) Meeting

Join us for an exciting Career Day for Students from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. This is your chance to meet with various organizations and agencies, learn about their businesses, check out their awards, grab some cool swag, and even hand out your resume. The setup is flexible, allowing you to move from booth to booth as you please, and gives you the opportunity to have longer, more meaningful conversations with potential employers.

After the job fair, stick around for the Ad Club luncheon, where you’ll get to enjoy lunch with the sponsors and hear from our keynote guest speaker (to be announced soon!). This is a great way to network and gain insights from industry professionals. The event will wrap up around 1:00 pm. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with top companies and take the next step in your career journey!

The Cost for students is $10 and includes lunch!

CAREER DAY

9:00am -10:00 am: Opening presentations (for Presenting Sponsors)

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Agency meet and greet/fair — meet students, hand out swag, share info, showcase your brand

MONTHLY LUNCHEON

12:00 pm -12:15 pm: Buffet open and light networking

12:15 pm -12:30 pm — AAF Oklahoma Monthly Luncheon Meeting and Scholarship Winner Announcements

12:30-1:00 pm: Career Day Keynote Speaker Chris Kocek

Luncheon Speaker

Chris Kocek is the founder and CEO of Gallant Branding, a creative branding firm in Austin, Texas focused on building brands for a better world. Over the past 10 years, Gallant has helped dozens of companies with brand overhauls, new product launches, and data-driven campaigns, resulting in triple digit growth and national recognition.

Prior to starting Gallant, Chris worked as a strategic planner at BBDO New York and GSD&M, developing nationally recognized campaigns for iconic brands and highly respected nonprofits, including AARP, Monster.com, Lowe's Home Improvement, Hyatt Hotels, Ace Hardware, John Deere, and The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
