Speaker: Lance Stephenson
Lance is a senior leader and manager with over 35 years of experience in the operational, portfolio, program, and project delivery environment. Colleagues have said that Lance is a dynamic, analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented individual who provides operational excellence, financial discipline, and project delivery accountability to any organization.
Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of participating in the execution of over $45 BN in assets across various industries. This experience, which involved working in diverse roles and capacities for the owner, architect/engineer, and constructor, has honed his ability to handle complex tasks and deliver results.
