AABEA GL is excited to bring our community together for a fun-filled morning of networking, fitness, and family activities on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rochester Hills Public Library & Paint Creek Trail!
In today's busy world, maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle is more important than ever. This event is designed to encourage physical activity, wellness, community connection, and healthy habits for individuals and families of all ages.
8 AM: Run/walk starts from Library parking lot (corner of University drive and Paint Creek)
9:30 AM~ 12 PM: Meet & Greet at Library Multi Purpose room (refreshments, medal-ceremony & share-your-talent show)
✅ Registration Fee: Only $5 per person
✅ Each participant will receive a race bib and commemorative medal
✅ Family-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels
✅ Meet fellow community members and enjoy a beautiful summer morning outdoors
