AA#4114 Using Student Growth Data from Diverse Populations (Teacher Eval)
About this Event
This is a retraining academy for those who evaluate teachers.
This one-day course focuses on understanding implicit bias, differentiating for equity, and coaching more deeply when evaluating student growth for special education, English learners, and early childhood students.
Educators may select any two retraining academies. Retraining AA's include 1448, 1451, 1452, 1801, 3000, or 4114. Completion of any two retraining academies willqualify the educator, from the state perspective, to conduct performance evaluations. Districts are responsible for confirming that educators have been properly trained for evaluations; therefore, theymay choose to require specific academies for retraining at their own discretion.
