AA4050 Performance Eval Initial & Retraining Principals & Asst Principals

This is Day 1 of a two-day event (participants must attend Part 2 on May 15th as well to receive full credit)

Beginning July 1, 2024, this is the ISBE-required two-day course for those wishing to be able to evaluate Principals and Assistant Principals, AND the required refresher course for those that already have the credential. It will cover all aspects of evaluation for Principals and Assistant Principals, including professional practice and student growth data.

Please Note: There is a pre work requirement for all participants of 2-3 hours prior to admittance to the two-day face-to-face training. There is also a required post-training assessment which participants must pass in order to obtain or retain their credential.

Cost: $400 (or $350 for co-op members) Your fee will cover registration fees and lunch for both days.

Lapsed Qualification: If you have failed to complete the retraining course within your allotted time frame, you must complete the relevant retraining requirements BEFORE commencing evaluations.
