We create space...
Through gentle movement, deep breathing, sound, and reflection, we’ll help your body release the tension, the stagnant emotions, and the weight you’ve been carrying. You’ll leave the day lighter, clearer, and more present - as if a gentle wind has swept through the rooms of your being, clearing the dust of overwhelm.

On Day 2: We fill that space with life - Softening, Trusting, Becoming.

Info: Through heart-centred practices, gratitude, visualization, and meditation, we’ll nurture warmth, trust, and aliveness in your body. This is where softness returns, where you remember what it feels like to trust yourself, to feel alive, to be held by the world.
This retreat is one complete journey - but if life only allows for one day, that’s okay too.
Each day stands on its own, yet together, they weave a deeper transformation. Guided by Nathalie and Subhranil (pronounced: Shoe-Bro-Nil) you’ll be met with deep compassion, wisdom, and a space that feels like home.
