Yogis, welcome to our garden!
We’ll begin with Fleet Farming guiding us through a hands-on organic farming lesson, showing you how local food and mindful living go hand in hand. Next, Lululemon Ambassador David Ricklick will lead a gentle 30-minute yoga flow designed to ground your body and calm your mind. Finally, immerse yourself in an introductory Ayurvedic lesson, exploring ancient practices for balancing your body and lifestyle.
