A Year in Resonance is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.
Created to celebrate Root Yoga's first anniversary, this immersive Sound & Scent Journey combines grounding breathwork, healing sound, and intentional fragrance to guide you into a state of deep rest and renewal.
In collaboration with Hanky House, you'll begin by choosing one of five signature scents to accompany your journey. As sound and scent weave together, you'll be invited to soften, release, and reconnect with what matters most.

- Search in Maps: “Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park CP B” or “Aramsa The Garden Spa”.
- A 1-2 minutes walk from Carpark B into the park to Aramsa.

- Bus: nearest bus stop Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 – Opp Ang Mo Kio Swim Cplx (54089), around 3 min walk.
- MRT: You can go to Ang Mo Kio MRT / Bishan MRT / Bright Hill MRT, then walk or take a short bus/taxi.
- Best practical route: MRT to Ang Mo Kio, then take bus 133 / 136 / 262 or Grab/taxi in.

About Root Yoga & Sound Healing
- Root Yoga, Singapore was born from a love for creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to simply be. For the past year, we've been guiding individuals through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing experiences that help calm the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and bring people back to themselves.

- Originally from Thailand, Hanky House is built on the belief that true happiness lies in simplicity, that even the smallest details in our surroundings can bring comfort, joy, and rest.
- The Singapore journey began when two ladies fell in love with Hanky House and its beautiful scents, and decided to reach out to the brand to bring their favourite scents here. What started as a personal love for the brand has now become a way to share these comforting scents with friends, family, and the wider community, inviting everyone to pause, breathe, and find joy in the present moment.
