Robin Yocum is known for his fiction set in the Ohio River Valley. The son of a West Virginia steelworker, Yocum approaches his writing with the same blue-collar work ethic that he saw everywhere as a youth. “Every man I knew went to work with a hard hat in one hand and a tin lunchbox in the other.” Yocum will discuss his blue-collar roots and how his writing developed in the smoke of the steel mills and the “grit and the grind” of his native Ohio Valley.There will be time at the end of our night for a meet & greet and signing with Robin.
