How to go from “Dear God, Please Help!” To “It is Done! I am Grateful!”Are you new to Unity prayer? Perhaps you understand affirmations but want to turn them into prayers for yourself and others? This workshop is for anyone wanting to know more about the meaning and practice of affirmative prayer and is especially recommended for those thinking of becoming a Prayer Chaplain.
We will share insights from the book How to Pray Without Talking to God, by Reverend Linda Martella-Whitsett and other Unity teachers and leaders.
Participants will learn and experience how to create powerful affirmative prayers based on Unity Principles and our 12 Divine powers. Affirmative prayer can be used for ourselves, shared with our children, or used in prayer with others.
Lunch will be provided. Call the office at 804-320-5584 by Tuesday, February 24th to register, so we'll know how much food we need.
