This training will provide a neurophysical framework for understanding emotional and psychological safety as a prerequisite for building positive relationships with youth and
colleagues. Participants will learn key skills for nervous system regulation and critical communiucation tools for navigating difficult conversations. Skills will be widely applicable to personal and professional situations.

Ms. Tinari is an educator, author, and community builder who facilitates positive social change through equipping people with the skills they need to build a more just and compassionate world. She brings a wealth of practical and strategic experience in youth
empowerment, programmatic and staff development, and organizational leadership to her current work. As an international trainer with SEE Learning and the Community Resiliency Model, Ms. Tinari has served thousands of people in over 40 countries. Ms. Tinari resides in Clarksburg with her family.
