You are warmly invited to a 3-hour women’s practice in our cozy studio in IJburg — a gentle and energizing transition into the summer season.

This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, awaken your natural vitality, and softly ignite that inner spark that makes you feel more alive, present, and open to life.

We will explore a combination of dynamic meditations, guided movement and dance, and body-based practices (individually, in pairs, and as a group). There will also be space for conscious communication and self-reflection, allowing a deeper connection with yourself and others in a safe and supportive environment.

Expect to move, feel, breathe, and expand — while staying fully connected to yourself and your boundaries.

The practice will close with a nourishing, grounding meditation to gently integrate the experience.

This is a space for women to slow down, reconnect, and open in their own way — at their own pace. No prior experience is needed.
