A Women's Circle and Ritual: Rasa Dalam, Rasa Terang

A lot of women, including you, knów they are connected to their intuition and that their intuition is mostly right. Yet, we don’t rely on it too much because of several reasons.

So, what is stopping us?

We might be afraid to trust it, we have not learned to trust it or we let the mind take over. Often, it’s all of the above.

What would happen if we do let our intuition guide us?

We do not doubt ourselves or our purpose. We gain clarity in everyday life about the smallest things to the most important decisions. We set boundaries to stay centered, because intuitively we would sense when we ourselves or other people cross them. We use our sensitivity as a tool in communication and boundary setting.

We live in joy and truth, because there is space for enjoyment and silence. We are not allowing ourselves to be controlled anymore by the infinite-running mind machine in our heads. We are able to speak up more and bring our messages into the world. We give ourselves and others grace and understanding.

We stand in our power and trust what is here now.

In today’s circle, let’s tune into the Rasa Dalam, the inner voice from within, the inner knowing, and let it be Rasa Terang, a clear voice that shows us which way to go.

What to expect

We use body, heart and inner vision to connect to Rasa Dalam (inner knowing) and explore how intuition works within us. Meditation and movement will relax us and make space for Rasa Terang (a clear sense) that will give us clear and usable information. Using each other’s intuition in partner exercises, we will practice this intuition to be able to apply it in daily life.

3. Movement: exercises that relax and open up intuition.

4. Partner exercise: intuitive practices.

5. Sharing: daily practices for inner knowing.

6. Main Ritual: holding silence.

7. Sharing, Questions & Conclusions.

8. Stay and Connect until 13:00.

Practical information

• Date: Sunday April 12th, 2026

• Time: 10:00 - 12:30/13:00. We will finish around 12:30. You are welcome to stay until 13:00 to enjoy, share and connect.

• Language: Dutch or English.

• Investment: Regular €49 or €25 + Community Contribution (max. 2 spots)*

• Location: Balizaal in Zaal 100, De Wittenstraat 100, 1052 BA Amsterdam.

• Take with you: Notebook and pen, if you want to reflect back later. A symbol or amulet that symbolises intuition. Bring a snack to offer to our ancestors. Honour your intuition and wear what you are intuitively guided to!

• Tip: this circle can have an intense impact on you, so give yourself time to process and reflect afterwards. Don’t plan too much or visit active events afterwards.

2. Another sister who has an eye for the visual, is good at taking photos and willing to take some during the circle that I can use for promotion (with permission of the others).
