as the days begin to lengthen once again.

✨ Breathwork to ground and clear
✨ A beautiful crafting ritual — creating your own “Ring in the New Year” charm:
a vintage bell wrapped with cinnamon and dried orange, symbolising blessings, protection, good fortune, and the joyful call of new beginnings
✨ Sweet treats and warm herbal teas
✨ A guided meditation infused with the elements of sound to soothe, restore and invite in fresh light for the year ahead
A cosy, heart-led celebration to honour the darkness
