A Wicked Good Autumn Equinox
About this Event
A Wicked Good Autumn Equinox
Join us for a Wicked Good celebration of the Autumn Equinox! Together, we will honor with gratitude the gifts and blessings that we have received throughout the year, and identify ways that we can give back, in balance with the Earth and its cycles. In this child-friendly ritual, we will work with the goddess Pomona, the Green Man, and the magic of Apples to celebrate gratitude, reciprocity, and abundance at this time of the 2nd harvest and autumn.
We will have ritual adaptations appropriate for both children and adult participants, so all are welcome to join in this harvest celebration!
What to Bring:
- ritual wear is encouraged but not required
- an offering of your choosing for our central altar (this could be anything - from a plant, fruit, or vegetable, to a representation of an action you have taken or plan to take),
- your journal and writing implement,
- a snack to share for post-ritual fellowship.
Parking is in the lot behind the church but please not in the spaces indicated by the yellow concrete stops which are reserved for tenants.
Access to the building is through the door at the top of the steps near the back of the church. If you require wheelchair access, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
This is a free event but donations are gratefully accepted to help defray costs.
