Join Chef Jorge Montes for A Wicked Feast, a fall-inspired Cooking Social celebrating the rich, comforting flavors of the season with a little wicked twist.
Your evening begins with a Blackberry Bourbon Smash and Whipped Blue Cheese Crostini with Roasted Apples & Frisée before we tie on our aprons and get into the kitchen.
Chef Jorge will lead the evening with a special porchetta demonstration before everyone gets hands-on preparing the rest of our fall feast together.

Cider-Glazed Porchetta with Fennel & Sausage
Chef Jorge demonstrates the art of porchetta—from seasoning and filling the pork to rolling and tying it for the perfect roast. Finished with an apple cider glaze, the porchetta becomes the centerpiece of our Wicked Feast.
HANDS-ON MENU
Pumpkin Risotto
Creamy risotto with pumpkin, crispy sage & Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Arugula & Pear Salad
Fresh pears, toasted walnuts & honey-lemon vinaigrette.
Pumpkin Tiramisu
A fall twist on the Italian classic with pumpkin, mascarpone, espresso & warm spices.
Once the cooking is done, we’ll bring everything together, make a plate and sit down to enjoy the feast we’ve created.
This is a Cooking Social. Come ready to cook, eat, learn, meet new people and celebrate the season with us.
No tricks. Just one wicked feast.
No previous cooking experience necessary—just bring your appetite!
