Join us for a refreshing networking experience designed for entrepreneurs, creators, and service providers who are ready to pause, recharge, and connect. This unique event combines meaningful networking with a wellness session led by Wellness Coach Alison Albretch, HCA-RHC, BA

Alison will guide participants through simple, interactive exercises and share tips on boosting energy and focus throughout the day. You’ll learn how to weave movement, healthy snacks, and mindful breaks into your routine—no equipment required. These accessible techniques are designed for everyone, with options for those with mobility challenges.
