Hello ladies,
How are you feeling ahead of the holidays? Before you go on and buy gifts for everyone else, how about gifting yourself a little reset at Tegernsee?
I'm hosting the third edition of my Hike & Yoga Day or Weekend Retreat (you get to choose) at Tegernsee on January 24-25, 2026, and there are still 6 weekend spots left (we'll be max. 13 women in total).
It will be a cozy winter reset made especially for moms who want to feel more grounded, supported, and connected (with themselves and with other women).
It’s two days of:
🌿 Yoga for everybody (no experience needed)
🥾 A winter hike on Saturday and a Lake walk on Sunday
💛 Nourishing food and good conversations with other moms

You can join Saturday only or make it a full weekend.
I also pre-booked a few rooms at the Adolphine Boutique Hotel (our retreat venue), in case anyone wants the full retreat getaway. Double room incl. breakfast and sauna/spa access for €200. So you can bring your bestie :)
