Workshops and ceremonies with Bird Woman are designed as interactive experiences meant to engage the senses, open the heart and mind to new possibilities and to allow the space to express ourselves freely and naturally.
Friday
7 - 9 pm- Channunpa / Sacred Pipe Prayer Ceremony- FREE TO ALL
All are invited to attend this prayer ceremony, for deepening our connection with Spirit and our communities. The Channunpa is the prayer carrier of the Lakota and is the heart of all of their ceremonies. Bird Woman has been a pipe carrier for many years and is honored to be able to share this special ceremony with the community. We hope you can join us for this special event and the start of a weekend of workshops with Bird Woman at Earthaven.
Saturday
10 am - 12 pm-Releasing Trauma Through Laughter
Did you know that laughter has powerful healing properties for our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and for the health of our relationships? For this workshop we will share exercises for releasing anger, trauma and old patterns through laughter. You will be fascinated to learn how something as simple as laughter can have such a profound influence on our overall health and relationships. Laughter truly is a remarkable medicine!
3-5 pm – Conscious Dying and the After Life
Conscious dying is being aware, awake and accepting of what is happening at end of life and in the moment of one's death. The afterlife is a life that some people believe begins when you die, as in the continued existence of your consciousness or soul. For this workshop we will engage in creative exercises and share in discussions that address conscious dying and the afterlife. Please join us for this unique and inspirational event.
7 - 9 pm - Cacao Ceremony
In this ceremony we will invite the spirit of the cacao to help us in opening our hearts and bringing us to a state of harmony with our souls, in order to create the best reality possible for ourselves and our future world. Cacao is a wonderful facilitator of spiritual awakening and reflection, facilitating our transformation on a physical and mental level.
Sunday
10 am - 12 pm - Intro to Animal Communication
Join Bird Woman to explore the realm of animal communication and interspecies communication- a non-verbal, telepathic method for speaking with animals, plants and the environment, also known as intuitive communication. We are all given the ability to communicate with nature, it only needs to be reawakened. In this workshop we will engage in exercises to help us learn what it means and how to connect with animals, and all of nature, on a mystical level.
About Bird Woman:
Rosemary aka Bird Woman was born an artist with a penchant for the metaphysical and healing arts. She is a ceremonialist, animal communicator, psychic-medium, body artist, and death doula. Her decades of ceremonial work with Native cultures and honed intuition have empowered her to develop her innate gift as a metaphysical healer and guide.
Bird Woman has been facilitating sacred ceremonies and leading workshops for more than fifteen years, assisting those seeking to go deeper on their spiritual path and acting as a witness and a guide to help clients in their healing transformation.

The cost of the Cacao Ceremony and Workshops are based on a Sliding Scale of $25 - $60 per person per workshop/ ceremony.
