Our wellness week is designed to help kids build confidence, emotional awareness, and real-life coping skills in a supportive and fun environment. 💙
👧🏽👦🏼 For Children Ages 6–10
📅 June 1–5 & August 17–21
⏰ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
During the week, children will explore:
✨ Gratitude & Emotional Awareness
✨ Healthy Coping Skills for Big Feelings
✨ Art Therapy & Creative Expression
✨ Social Skills & Connection
✨ Mindfulness & Relaxation
✨ Movement & Positive Energy
🧠 Optional Add-Ons:
Neurofeedback & Individual Therapy Sessions
💲 Early Bird Rate: $250/week (through March 20th)
💲 $300/week after
💲 $100 deposit (applied toward total)
