This gathering is designed to honour that natural rhythm while bringing together the balance of masculine and feminine energy, strength and softness, breath, and warmth.

Together, we will step into a sacred circle, a safe and supportive space where each person can explore, reflect, and be held without judgement.

Opening Ceremony

Setting the tone for a safe and sacred space.

Movement & Breathwork

Through guided movement and breathwork, you’ll reconnect with your body and breath, releasing tension and awakening your inner strength. These practices are suitable for all levels and can be adapted to your needs.

Deepening The Connection

An exploration of the feminine and masculine archetypes 

Folklore woven together with guided meditation and ritual.

Warmth & Connection

There will be time to share tea, snacks, and conversation. The circle invites us not to give advice but to listen, witness, and hold space for one another.
